Beginning as Trnsformation Lead, I lead digital and operational transformation, delivering cost savings, new customer journeys and aligning leadership for strategic execution. Restructured board reporting, embedded OKRs, strategic planning and drove cross-functional accountability.

2021 - 2023

Head of Operations at Your Juno

Built operational foundations that supported a $2.2M seed fundraise from top tier Eurpoean VCsand scaled a category-first financial education platform. Created OKRs, leadership reporting, and operational rhythms.

2017 - 2021

COO at Sanctus

Category first, bootstrapped mental health startup. First employee. Scaled the company from 3 to 60+ employees, driving efficiency, financial sustainability and operational growth. Created all departments from scratch, built high-performing teams, structured B2B partnerships and created digital and service products.

And before that….

I’ve worked across early-stage scrappy startups, awkward-teenage scale-ups, and revenue-heavy businesses outgrowing their operational foundations. My background spans high-end wellness, research, and operational leadership, but what sets me apart from a typical consultant is that I don’t just build decks and walk away.

I’ve lived with the execution, fixed what didn’t work, and built teams to sustain change long after the strategy slides were signed off. This has given me real-world, battle-tested expertise across strategy, operations, and leadership development.
